Susan Jervis has been practising Iyengar Yoga for over 25years. As a system it is ordered and progresses in a safe way and has given me inspiration in its depth.
Iyengar yoga not only brings about physical fitness by creating balance, strength and flexibility and increased energy levels but also self awareness and calmness of mind giving a sense of wellbeing.
BKS Iyengar yoga teaching is recognised worldwide .

I hold an introductory Iyengar yoga teachers certificate. As well as regular self practice and self study I also attend some of the most highly accredited Iyengar yoga teachers classes and workshops.
